If you are calling in regards to an at-need situation, meaning the death has occurred, please know that we will be in touch with you right away. If you are calling in regards to preneed arrangements, meaning prior to death, we will return your call same day or next business day at the latest. Please make an appointment for any in-office visits regarding paperwork or starting arrangements.
